Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.) once challenged journalists to a duel after reports surfaced that he had plagiarized speeches from Wikipedia and portions of his book, "Government Bullies". The Kentucky Republican responded by saying that if dueling were legal in the state, it would be a duel.
