The affidavits also include alleged Instagram exchanges from La Roux, who stated that the incident was "horrific" and described it as a "humiliating and degrading" experience. An, who was a finalist on America's Next Top Model in 2009, is suing West for sexual assault under New York City's Gender Motivated Violence Protection Act. West's team has argued that his actions were protected by free-speech protections, but An's lawyers have countered this by attaching five exhibits that they claim bolster An's claims.
