Author Veronica Roth has revealed that she has written two new books in the Divergent universe, The Sixth Faction, which will be released on Oct. 6. The novels, which are not sequels but imagine what would have happened if Tris chose a different faction in the series, are titled "The Sixth Faction" and are expected to be released in October. The first book in Roth's dystopian Divergent series, featuring Shailene Woodley and Theo James, was released 15 years ago and will be played in the movies starting in 2014. The new books focus on the character of Tris, with Woodley playing Beatrice "Tris" Prior and Tobias "Four" Eaton. The sequels will be announced at New York BookCon.
