Police in Indianapolis have arrested 39-year-old man named Javon Cushenberry for the murder of a 33-year old woman and severely injuring her father. The arrest was made after U.S. Marshals and Crime Stoppers offered a reward for information leading to the arrest. The suspect was found and arrested outside a business and reportedly had a gun in his waistband.
