Ukraine modifies uniform after IPC ban on national maps

The Ukrainian team has changed its planned uniform for the upcoming Milano Cortina 2026 Paralympic Games due to a ban on items related to national identity. The original design featured a map of Ukraine, including all areas temporarily occupied by Russia. An alternative uniform was approved within 24 hours and complied with IPA guidelines. The Milano event will take place from March 6 to 15.
