Lincoln woman arrested following lengthy embezzlement investigation, police say

A Lincoln woman, 42-year-old Anna Warner, has been arrested on suspicion of theft by unlawful taking of $5,000 or more. Police say she used nearly $15,000 of the funds from the Morely Elementary Parent Teacher Organization for personal use. The money was not used for PTO events, teacher gifts, or school functions.
