The ROTC cadets at Old Dominion University have paid tribute to the officer who died after a gunman opened fire on their class at the university in an act of terrorism. The gunman, Mohamed Bailor Jalloh, had previously been convicted of supporting ISIS and had been previously convicted. The cadets described the ordeal in a video shared online by the Army RoticC.
