Orange Man Accused Of Sexually Assaulting 2 Juveniles Arrested: Norwalk Police

Norwegian police have arrested Francisco Rodriguez-Posligua, a 36-year-old man from Orange, for sexually assaulting two teenage girls. The incident occurred on Nov. 15 and after extensive investigation, police developed probable cause and issued an arrest warrant for him. He is charged with two counts of fourth-degree sexual assault and two counts for illegal sexual contact with a child.
