A 16-year-old boy has been arrested after a 17-year old was fatally shot at a senior skip day event in Tennessee. The victim was identified as Coriuan Bean, a junior at Millington Central High School. The boy is charged with first-degree murder, attempted first-level murder, reckless endangerment with a deadly weapon, and using a firearm during the commission of a dangerous felony. The event involved students from different schools.
