A viral video showing a Texas judge rudely speaking to an IT employee has led to backlash from local attorneys. Harris County District Judge Nathan Milliron had been helping the worker with an apparent audio issue, but the employee quickly resolved the issue. After the video was released, Houston attorney James Stafford asked for an apology and Milliron responded by telling him that he was merely expressing his feelings. The president of the Harris County Criminal Lawyers Association, Brent Mayr, criticised Milliron's actions, calling them a "frightening precedent" and questioning whether he would issue legal process to compel Stafford to appear in court.
