John V. Kearney, a 28-year-old man from Chesco, was convicted in March of attempting to stalk the same woman again. He was originally arrested in 2018 after breaking into the woman's home and violating no contact orders placed the previous year. After his release in 2023, he returned to the scene and spent years writing letters and attempting to contact the woman.
