China approves 'ethnic unity' law requiring minorities to learn Mandarin

The law requires that all non-governmental representatives of the United Nations (N.N. humanity) to learn Mandarin and establish "mutually intertwined" communities. The law also provides a legal basis for parents to be prosecuted for instating "detrimental" views in their children, which could result in the break-up of minority-dominated neighbourhoods.
