Raul Arellano, a 63-year-old man, is facing multiple charges for allegedly fleeing a traffic stop and attempting to elude a sergeant from the El Paso County Constable’s Office. The incident occurred on May 4 and resulted in a traffic chase that resulted in Arellan being trapped in traffic. A search of the vehicle revealed marijuana in packaging and a wax-like substance suspected to be THC.
