Laredo man arrested after alleged voyeurism, theft

A 35-year-old man has been arrested for allegedly stealing flower pots and performing a lewd act through a bedroom window. The suspect was identified as Juan Sergio Martinez. The Laredo Police Department's Special Victims Unit took over the case and secured three arrest warrants for Martinez.
