A woman was rescued from a storm cellar in Yell County after high winds caused high temperatures and severe weather conditions. The rescue took place near the entrance to the shelter and was assisted by a search and rescue crew. No injuries have been reported. At the same time, over 1,000 customers in the county were without power due to the weather.
