A hit-and-run driver has killed a 44-year-old man in an Upper East Side car crash, according to police. The victim was hit on E. 61st St. and Lexington Ave. at about 4:50 a.m. and was rushed to New York Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center with severe injuries. This comes after another driver killed an e-bike rider and injured four others in a high-speed crash in Harlem. No arrests have been made.
