The AI Doc: Or How I Became An Apocaloptimist, directed by Oscar-winning director Daniel Roher and Charlie Tyrell, explores the dangers and risks of artificial intelligence in a human exploration. The film, which premiered at Sundance and SXSW, is set to be released in 782 theaters after lively debuts. Other notable indie films include The AI Doc, The AI Document: OrHow I Became an Apocal Optimist, which follows Roher as he navigates the existential dangers and potential of this technology. The IFC Entertainment Group's coven comedy, Forbidden Fruits, stars Lilly Reinhart as the leader of a group of witches in an upscale mall boutique called Free Eden, has been released with a viral campaign featuring a buzzy cast.
