The Mooney Suzuki, a New York band that made a name in the garage rock scene, performed on the second installment of Little Steven's Underground Garage Cruise in Cozumel, Mexico earlier this month. The band had not played a live gig in two years and had only been onstage a half-dozen times since 2019. However, they performed a successful show, showing their chaotic style of rock & roll. Their debut album, People Get Ready, is being reissued by Roc Store Day and produced by Tim Kerr.
