Matthew Rodriguez, the alleged getaway driver in the fatal shooting of a 7-month-old Brooklyn baby girl, was captured in Pennsylvania. The alleged gunman, Amuri Greene, was allegedly targeting a rival when he inadvertently hit Kaori Patterson-Moore in the head. The incident occurred during a botched gang hit in East Williamsburg. The driver and his accomplice made a clumsy getaway that resulted in their scooter crashing three blocks from the scene. Both men were ejected from the scooter and Greene was taken into custody after medics brought him to Brooklyn Hospital Center where he remained. Police are investigating whether Kaori's father, who has links to members of the Money Over Everything gang in the Bushwick Houses, was the intended target.
