Florida Man Let ChatGPT Sell His Home. It Closed in 5 Days and Beat All Other Agents’ Estimates by $100,000

Robert Levine, a Florida man, sold his home without a traditional real estate agent and enlisted the help of ChatGPT, the AI software that helped with the process. The house sold for $100,000 more than real estate agents estimated it was worth. Levine used chatGPT to help schedule open houses and show the home to 15 prospective buyers. The home closed within five days and Levine believes that anyone could use this tool in the future.
