2nd Indianapolis man charged in murder of poker player in Westfield

James "Matt" Lushin, a renowned international poker player and a known marijuana dealer, was found dead from multiple gunshot wounds at his home on March 12. This is the first homicide in Westfield County, Indiana, in about seven or eight years. Ronald Dewayne Brown Jr., another Indianapolis man, was previously charged with murder in the case. On Wednesday, Justin A. Jones was taken into custody for suspected involvement in this case. Jones has been charged with preliminary felony charges of murder, conspiracy to commit murder, armed robbery, and theft. Lushesin was also a known gambler and marijuana dealer.
