The First Coast YMCA has named Darryl Head as its next President and CEO, succeeding Eric Mann who served for over 40 years. Head, who has served with the YMca for 38 years, will join the association in early May. He was selected after a nationwide search conducted by the First Coast Board of Directors and in partnership with the yMCA of the USA. Prior to his appointment, Head led a team of 1,425 employees across 14 branches and four corporate wellness centers in an eight-county region, serving more than 78,000 members.
