Leasing began at 505 Summit, a 53-story residential tower in Jersey City, earlier this month. The building offers 605 apartments, with prices starting at the $2,700s with fees. The mixed-use development also includes 3,200 square feet of retail space and a new landscaped public plaza. Five fully furnished model residences are now available for tours.
