St. Paul police investigating city's fourth homicide of the year

A man was fatally shot in downtown St. Paul on April 30, the fourth homicide of the year. The victim was taken to Regions Hospital and died there. Police are investigating the incident to determine what led to the shooting and who was responsible for it. No arrests have been made yet.
