2nd suspect charged in robbery prior to shooting of CPD officers in Swedish Hospital, police say

A second man has been charged in an armed robbery at a Family Dollar store that allegedly involved the man accused of shooting two police officers at Swedish Hospital, killing one of them. The suspect, identified as Alphanso Talley, was held at gunpoint and taken to Swedish Hospital for observation after he claimed to have swallowed five bags of narcotics. Police say while in the hospital, Talley then pulled out a gun and shot two officers, killing the one of the officers.
