JD Power has revealed that the top-rated luxury car tire brand, Michelin, is no longer ranked by the company. The 2025 study surveyed luxury car owners to determine which manufacturer provided the most consistently satisfactory luxury car tires. In third place was Pirelli, the Italian tire company now partly owned by Chinese investors. This is a change from 2024, when JD Power ranked Goodyear second and Michelin at the top of the table. The survey asked owners how happy they were with their tire purchases based on four criteria, including tire ride and tire wear.
