An Alabama mother is facing charges for leaving her 7-year-old stepson on the side of Interstate 20 in Georgia. The incident occurred after a Good Samaritan truck driver spotted the child and called 911. Mary Dudley, who admitted to taking Xanax before driving, later contacted police and said she had accidentally left her stepson. She was arrested and charged with DUI, cruelty to children, and reckless conduct.
