A woman reported the theft of her rental car by someone wearing all black on April 18. The vehicle was not running at the time, but the complainant had left the keys in a cup holder. The manager of a commercial building on Detroit Avenue near Rockway Avenue reported that someone had sprayed-painted the back of the building. A man was arrested for theft, possession of drug paraphernalia and criminal tools, and providing false information. An officer stopped a male driver on W. 117th Street near Franklin Avenue and charged him with operating a vehicle while intoxicated.
