This move has been controversial due to injuries to Gardner and quarterback Daniel Jones, which contributed to a seven-game losing streak that kept the Colts from even making the playoffs. Some have questioned the value of the trade given in light of these injuries. However, Gardner insists he feels no added pressure and believes the team has a strong chance of reaching the Super Bowl.
