Second arrest made in YMCA custody-exchange stabbing

A second person has been arrested following a violent stabbing outside a San Antonio YMCA. The incident occurred during a routine child custody exchange when 26-year-old Abel Ali Rivas allegedly attacked the man with a knife. The victim was taken to the hospital with multiple stab wounds. Both Rivas and Nevada are facing aggravated assault with a deadly weapon charges.
