The images show train stations planned for cities like Fresno and Merced, as part of the California High-Speed Rail Authority's plan. Construction is already underway in the Central Valley, with nearly 80 miles of guideway completed and nearly 60 major structures currently under construction. However, critics argue that the project will not fully connect San Francisco and Los Angeles.
