The weather is expected to be chilly and windy, with temperatures reaching the low to mid-50s across the Central Mountains and San Luis Valley, where low humidity and high winds are expected. The potential for strong winds will increase, with 60+ MPH gusts possible across higher elevation areas and 100+ MPH across the foothills. Red Flag Warnings are in place for most of Southern Colorado from 11 am until 9 pm. The weather will also be monitored by the National Weather Service.
