Darius Summers, 33, has been arrested for the stabbing death of his girlfriend, 37-year-old Ashley Davis, who was found dead in her apartment on April 4. The police identified him as the suspect in the case as a domestic-related incident. He was located at his mother's home and had a stolen gun with him. Additionally, Summers had previously been convicted of burglary, which prohibits him from owning a firearm in Tennessee.
