The San Francisco Giants defeated the Sultanes de Monterrey 10-2 in their first exhibition game at Oracle Park. Manager Tony Vitello used eight different pitchers in the game to assess their roster's readiness for the upcoming MLB season. The team also debuted a new "Gigantic" alternate uniform designed by artist Jesse Hernandez. The home opener will be against the New York Yankees.
