Tulsa Police are investigating a shooting incident in which a 33-year-old man was arrested for allegedly performing donuts in a Braum's parking lot and spitting on an officer. The police also renewed the search for missing girls Ashley Freeman and Lauria Bible. The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation, FBI, and the Department of Public Safety have issued warnings about potential scams involving individuals impersonating the Oklahoma Department for Public Safety and the Oklahoma Highway Patrol.
