A coroner has ruled that Lorth Sim, a 63-year-old immigrant from Cambodia, died from natural causes. An autopsy revealed that Sim died from atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease, which is usually associated with heart disease. The Miami Correctional Facility began housing detainees for U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement in October under a two-year agreement.
