St Andrew's Hospital 'still failing to protect patients'

The UK's Department of Public Health Services (Phenomenomen) is investigating allegations of physical and sexual assaults by staff members at St. Michael's Hospital. The Charity Commission is also investigating the running of the hospital and its trustees. The report found six incidents where observing nurses were found to be asleep while they were supposed to be monitoring patients.
