Cool temperatures on Saturday expected to be pushed out by Sunday’s warm, windy weather

The National Weather Service has warned that cooler temperatures on Saturday will give way to a warm, windy Sunday, with temperatures expected to reach the low 70s near the lakefront and close to 80 degrees southwest of the metro area. However, high winds could dampen high temperatures, with potential storms potentially occurring throughout the night. The National Weather Services does not expect the high winds to significantly impact travel times at O'Hare International Airport.
