A series of disturbing animal cruelty incidents have led to an investigation by the Suffolk County SPCA and a reward offer for information leading to an arrest and conviction. The incidents occur during nighttime hours along Wireless Boulevard, with incidents occurring between 9 p.m. and 10 p.
