Jacksonville residents have raised the possibility of making March 18 'Lil Poppa Day' in memory of local rapper Janarious Mykel Wheeler, who died one month ago. The meeting was held at City Hall and attendees suggested that the day should be named after Lil Poppa, who stood for mental health. The city is currently working on creating a proclamation for Wheeler, which aims to have it completed by the end of the week.
