Ant and Dec win court order in attempt to trace 'secret profits' in Banksy deals

The TV presenters Ant and Dec have won a court order to obtain information about "secret and unauthorised profits" they claim were made from an intermediary. The order will allow them to obtain relevant information from art dealer Andrew Lilley and his firm, which were involved in buying and selling works from Ant and Nov. The judge ruled that there was a "good arguable case" that a legally recognised wrong was committed but did not rule out any wrongdoing.
