Rep. Sarah McBride (D-Del) has predicted that President Trump will fire Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard next. McBride supports an impeachment effort against Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth over the U.S.-Israeli conflict in Iran, stating that all of the president's Cabinet officials deserve to be fired. Gabbad has faced scrutiny from lawmakers, including Sen. Mark Warner (D) and Sen. Michael Downey (R) over her presence at an FBI search of the Fulton County, Ga., elections office, and delays in submitting a whistleblower complaint to Congress several months after it was made. This prediction comes days after former Labor Secretary Lori Chavez-DeRemer resigned amid allegations of using department resources for personal trips and of having an affair with a subordinate.
