Former New Jersey Assemblyman, Alberto Coutinho, was killed in a two-car crash in which he was transported to University Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Coutinho was known for his dedication to youth soccer programs and philanthropic efforts. The other driver of the other vehicle was also injured.
