3 arrested, including 15-year-old, in connection to downtown Louisville shooting

Two men and a teenager are facing charges in relation to a shooting in downtown Louisville. The incident occurred on the 200 block of E Broadway and was reported to the police. On Tuesday, the police arrested three suspects, including William Billups, 24, Jamikel Brown, 19, and a 15-year-old. Billups is charged with assault, first-degree robbery, and possession of a handgun by a convicted felon. The teen boy is also charged with first-hendhend.
