Puerto Rico's governor, Jenniffer González Colón, has stated that she supports disclosing contracts, promotional and advertising agreements linked to LUMA, while questioning the salary of the private grid operator's new president, Janisse Quiñones, regarding the compensation he receives. The governor also stated that while she will continue meeting with LUMA as long as the company remains the operator of the electrical system, she would continue to demand adequate service while the lawsuit regarding the cancellation of the contract is being resolved in court.
