The Indianapolis Glove Company, a prominent manufacturer of work gloves, was acquired by Wolverine World Wide, Inc. in 1980 due to changing economics and a growing reliance on import trade. The factory was transformed into a residential lofts in 1984, offering 64 units in various sizes and floor plans. The conversion of the building was done to honor its rich heritage and showcase features such as exposed brick and beams, tall ceilings, and large, rectangular windows. The interior is updated with modern finishes throughout the spacious 2,621-square-foot floor plan. The penthouse, units 603 and 604, offers views of downtown and a private rooftop deck with space for multiple seating configurations.
