Westborough Home Sales Dipped, Prices Rose In March

The Westborough housing market saw fewer homes sold in March 2026, a 12.5% year-over-year decrease in sales compared to the previous year, according to data from the Massachusetts Association of Realtors. Despite this, prices continued to rise, with the median sales price reaching $750,000, a 15.8% increase from March 2025 levels. Meanwhile, inventory tightened significantly, indicating ongoing supply constraints in the local housing market.
