Parenting influencer Kelly Hopton-Jones accidentally ran her 23-month-old son, Henry, over with her car on April 15. She shared a candid social media post about the accident, describing it as "the worst day of our lives" but assured followers that Henry, who was in the garage when he ran out, would be OK. The family's neighbors were able to care for Lily while both parents went to the emergency room, where Henry received X-rays, a CT scan and a neurological exam. Despite the injuries, the toddler was unharmed and sustained only minor pelvic fractures and abrasions. Hopton Jones urged other parents to always hold their child's hand around vehicles, stating that accidents happen even when they're not distracted.
