Man jailed for beating retired seafarer to death in West Ham

Phillip Fraczek, now 22, has been sentenced to life imprisonment for beating retired seafarer, Michael Agbotui, to death in West Ham in 2000. The victim was asked to leave a block of flats in 2000 and died in hospital five days later. Forensic tests identified the attacker's blood as a result of the attack. The sentencing was recorded at Snaresbrook Crown Court and will be reviewed by the Department of Public Affairs.
