The family of a murder suspect, Damian Strozier, has confirmed that he was shot and killed by police during a surrender attempt. The suspect is accused of hitting a 67-year-old woman while riding on an electric scooter in Atlanta last month. Police have not confirmed whether Strozie was shot or killed, but there is no threat to the community.
